چکیده
In flexible electronics, a highly electroconductive, flexible, and durable material is important for various applications. This study describes the property changes in graphene nanosheets (GNSs) doped into conductive silver (Ag) paste that used to form grid-style pattern on polyurethane hot melt film (PU HMF) electromagnetic wave shielding. Electrical conductivity, thermal bending tests were performed materials fabricated by an electronic printing method. The results showed with loading of 0.3 wt% GNSs (3SC) had good shielding effectiveness (EMSE, 49.9 dB at 1800 MHz), much better electrical conductivity (4.63*104 S/cm) than pure (1.38*104 S/cm), improved ability. coefficient variation GNS (3.01% 3.80%) under 1000 cyclic was (6.94%) 2.4% strain, but 500 elongation 10.0% strain did not exhibit same pattern. coefficients (CVs) all samples group (8.3–13.3%) worse those (6.3%) after test. reason differences flexibility explained SEM results, which indicated notable damage tests. Woven fabrics laminated PU/Ag/GNS different amounts fillers successfully manufactured can be Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) materials, electrodes sensor components, wearable elements, smart home textiles, example.

Multifunctional graphene woven fabrics
Tailoring and assembling graphene into functional macrostructures with well-defined configuration are key for many promising applications. We report on a graphene-based woven fabric (GWF) prepared by interlacing two sets of graphene micron-ribbons where the ribbons pass each other essentially at right angles. By using a woven copper mesh as the template, the GWF grown from chemical vapour depos...
متن کاملShear deformation analysis for woven fabrics
A new mechanical model is proposed in this paper to evaluate the shearing properties for woven fabrics during the initial slip region. Compared to the existing mechanical model for fabric shear, this model involves not only bending but also torsion of curved yarns. This model has the advantage of taking into consideration the yarn undulation in fabrics while keeping mathematical rigor. Moreover...
متن کاملRobust Defect Segmentation in Woven Fabrics
This paper describes a robust segmentation algorithm for the detection and localization of woven fabric defects. The essence of the presented segmentation algorithm is the localization of those events (i.e., defects) in the input images that disrupt the global homogeneity of the background texture. To this end, preprocessing modules, based on the wavelet transform and edge fusion, are employed ...
متن کاملColor and Weave Relationship in Woven Fabrics
In woven designs from colored threads, a colored pattern is a consequence of two possible arrangements where warp is over the weft or vice versa. Thus the primary elements of woven fabric design are combination of weaves and blending of colors using such weaves. Weave is the scheme or plan of interlacing the warp and weft yarns that produce the integrated fabric. Weave relates specially to the ...
